    Recently, ABI was accompanied by APAC ZBS VP Li Xingtang, Capex project director Li Li, and Capex procurement vice director Chen Yanying, among other colleagues in the APAC region, in a visit to Hefei Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd. by a senior delegation led by Global Packaging Equipment Procurement Director GPO Danny DeWinter, GBS Global Packaging Support Petramale Marcelo, and Central America Capex project manager Ljan Vilela Rabelo. Both sides had in-depth exchanges on the intelligent application of packaging equipment.



 Production and Digitalization: In recent years, Zhongchen Light Machinery has purchased a number of advanced processing equipment, such as five-axis machining centers, to effectively ensure equipment quality. At the same time, Zhongchen Light Machinery has applied digitalization technologies such as MES, ERP, and PLM, which have left a deep impression on customers with its paperless operation flow.


 

      Technological innovation and supply chain expansion: Zhongchen Light Machinery continues to develop new products and technologies that meet market demand, constantly upgrading drinks, packaging materials, and production line speeds to lead industry trends; in the upstream and downstream supply chains, it continuously expands and extends its reach, achieving the design and manufacture of its own products while forming strategic partnerships with domestic and foreign outstanding peers to deliver the entire process.

 

 

      Laboratory and Quality Control: Zhongchen Light Machinery attaches great importance to basic research and has established a joint laboratory with Jiangnan University for the verification of new technologies and materials, such as the validation of the service life of critical seals. Meanwhile, quality management is integrated throughout the design and production stages, using advanced inspection means, such as the use of precision instruments and handheld PAD to inspect critical dimensions.

 

 

      Project Management and Market After-Sales：We have a well-established project management team, with each project assigned a dedicated project manager. The automated warehouse system is fully equipped, ensuring that all parts are scanned for both inbound and outbound inventory management. Additionally, a product archive is created for each customer. To provide timely and attentive service, we have established operational centers worldwide. Currently, Zhongchen Light Industry's products have been exported to over 90 countries. We have built strong partnerships with well-known global clients, including AB InBev, Heineken, Tsingtao Brewery, Snow Beer, Carlsberg, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and many more.

 

 

      After on-site visits and discussions, the ABI team gained a deeper understanding of Zhongchen Light Machinery's products and services, while Zhongchen Light Machinery gained a better understanding of ABI's global business needs and the role it plays in the VSA platform. Both parties have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to help promote the development of the global beer industry.
