Glass Bottle Washer
The bottle washer is suitable for washing returnable glass bottles of beer, beverage, alcohol, condiment, etc., with features of water & energy saving.
1、Fresh water inlet pressure and volume adjustable to reduce water consumption during machine stop and facing different bottle sizes.
2、Reduce spray nozzle size, raise circulation circles.
3、Circulated water can be used for other line equipment like crate washer etc.
4、Heat exchange between 1st and last caustic compartment, bottle washer and pasteurizer etc.
5、Average water consumption is 160~200ml/bottle.
